Membership Payment Options

Credit Card

Navigate to the Member profile and pay the membership fee with a credit card.

Payroll Deductions program:   

• If you are on the Phoenix Pay system, you can simply select APEX membership fees as a voluntary deduction from the drop-down menu and enter the deduction of $3.66 per pay.
• Please use a start date of the day you are inputting this request and leave the end date as blank if you wish to auto-renew your membership. The end date can always be changed if you need to stop your payroll deductions for whatever reason.
