Workplace conflict affects the mental health and well-being of all employees, including executives. As the workplace continues to increase in complexity and uncertainty, executives need tools, tips and strategies to manage conflict situations both for themselves and for their employees. Using research from interviews with federal public service executives, this workshop will provide insight into how executives make sense of conflict and what they might do to improve outcomes. Executives will have the opportunity to explore new and different ways of managing conflict using real case studies.
A maximum of 20 participants will be accepted for this bilingual, in-person only workshop. Priority will be given to APEX members.
