As part of our series on “Health and Wellness”, the Association of Professional Executives of the Public Service Canada (APEX) is offering a webinar on “Resilience” to support its members. The session will provide key strategies to increase resilience, support the well-being of executives and flourish during and after this crisis.

Suzanne Nault, MPs PCC
Executive Coach

Suzanne is an executive coach with an impressive track-record coaching executives from Deputy Minister/CEO to EX-01 levels on a variety of leadership topics. In addition to her coaching experience, Suzanne has 40 years of working for and with organizations and individuals in different roles ranging from executive coach to consultant to psychologist
to speaker and author. Suzanne has worked in partnership with government organizations and Fortune 500 companies in Canada and around the world, including ten years at Health Canada and the Communications Security Establishment in the following areas: leadership development, mentoring and executive coaching, multi-source feedback, design of behavioural competencies profiles, behavioural interviewing process, change management and strategic planning.

Since January 2007, Suzanne has been contributing to the development of executives through teaching and coaching to executives enrolled in the University of Ottawa’s Graduate Certificate Program in Public Management and Governance. Since 2018, she is coaching and supporting the development of emerging leaders enrolled in the Action Canada Fellowship program.

The power of Suzanne’s coaching stems from the way she combines exceptional motional intelligence with strategic and business acumen. Clients comment on her ability to quickly create a safe environment where they are able to step out of their comfort zone.
