François Ducharme, Ph. D.

Dr. Ducharme leads Korn Ferry’s public sector practice in Canada. He has over 25 years experience working with top teams across a variety of industries such as technology, healthcare, industrial, pharmaceutical, non-profit organizations, agencies, Crown corporations, provincial and with other national governments.

Dr. Ducharme holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Université de Montréal. His areas of focus are talent management, executive assessment and coaching and organizational effectiveness.
