About this Event:
Are you interested in learning more about challenges faced by public service executives, most notably on mental health, workplace conflict, and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic? Join us for a thought-provoking session led by Johanne LeBlanc, Head of the Advisory Services at the Association of Professional Executives of the Public Service of Canada (APEX) and author of the APEX Advisory Services for Executives (ASE) Annual Report 2019-2020 entitled “When Executives are Healthy, Organizations are Healthy”. In this interactive session, Johanne will share with executives what the ASE has heard from executives about their work environment and challenges, including the major themes and pain points reported by ASE clients and APEX’ recommendations for public sector organizations to move forward.
We encourage you to read the ASE report in advance and join us for an engaging discussion. The report can be found at: https://apex.gc.ca/about-apex/corporate-information/ase-reports/.
