APEX is partnering with a group of ADMs to launch a new pilot project: the Informal ADMs in Transition Peer Support Network which is now available. This new service offering is designed for EX-04s and EX-05s going through involuntary career transitions, such as being on special deployment or returning from extended leave/training and executive interchange.
The service aims to provide effective peer support, suggestions for moving forward, next steps in their career, as well as provide confidential and constructive guidance through the career transition. It will be offered by a group of seasoned ADMs offering up their advice based on their own with significant life and work experiences.
While the peer support group is not part of APEX, it is coordinated through APEX’s Advisory Services to Executives (ASE). For additional information on how to participate, please contact Nathalie Clément.
