Guillaume Lefebvre
Director, Integrated Expertise Network Branch, Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)
Guillaume Lefebvre is a Director within the Integrated Expertise Network Branch at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), where he leads initiatives that support service excellence, innovation, and organizational transformation.
With more than 15 years of experience in the federal public service, Guillaume has held leadership, policy, strategic advisory, and program management roles across several organizations, including Service Canada, Transport Canada, the Canada School of Public Service, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, Public Safety Canada, and the Privy Council Office.
Throughout his career, Guillaume has actively contributed to innovation and continuous improvement in the design and delivery of government programs and services. A strong advocate for the practical application of emerging technologies, he has played a leadership role in advancing AI-enabled solutions to support business operations and service delivery.
Guillaume holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University.
