Inga Dobrijevic

Inga Dobrijevic is a public service leader with extensive experience driving innovation, digital transformation, and business modernization across the Government of Canada. She has held positions at Public Safety Canada, the Canada School of Public Service, and Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), where she has championed practical approaches to improving programs, services, and business processes through technology and innovation.

At Public Safety Canada, Inga played a leadership role in advancing artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives designed to address operational challenges and improve organizational efficiency. Her work focused on identifying high-value opportunities for AI adoption, fostering collaboration across business and technical teams, and demonstrating how

innovative solutions can be developed and scaled, even in resource-constrained environments.

Known for her user-centered and results-oriented approach, Inga is passionate about experimentation, continuous improvement, and helping organizations navigate the opportunities and challenges associated with emerging technologies. She is a strong advocate for responsible AI adoption and for creating the conditions that enable innovation to thrive in the public sector.
