Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming how organizations gather information, make decisions, deliver services, and support their workforce. To help federal executives navigate this evolving landscape, APEX is partnering with the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) to offer a four-part Executive AI Leadership Series designed specifically for the executive community.
This practical leadership-focused series will equip executives with the knowledge, perspectives, and tools needed to make informed decisions about AI adoption and governance in the public service. Rather than focusing on technical expertise, the sessions will explore the strategic, organizational, workforce, and leadership implications of AI, helping participants prepare their organizations for an AI-enabled future.
Through expert presentations, live demonstrations, case studies, panel discussions, and peer-to-peer dialogue, participants will examine both the opportunities and risks associated with AI adoption and gain practical insights from organizations that are already implementing AI solutions.
Designed to be practical, immediately applicable, and highly interactive, this series will help executives strengthen their understanding of AI while developing the leadership capabilities needed to guide their organizations through transformation.
Through these four sessions, participants will:
