Leadership: Building Trust and Inspiration in the Workplace
The recent APEX Executive Work and Health Study confirmed that the uncertain future of work presents unique leadership challenges that continue to preoccupy executives. It also revealed that a successful executive workforce requires a continuous investment in strategies to significantly bolster personal and organizational resilience. This practice rests on an environment that fosters diversity and where everyone feels included and can perform at their best.
CSPS in collaboration with APEX, this inspiring learning opportunity promises to prepare government executives for the uncertainty before them by providing helpful insight into key leadership considerations such as mental health, workplace culture, and emotional resilience.
This event will focus on the role of the executive in the context of a workplace culture that fosters trust and empathy. Participants will learn strategies to improve mental health, foster emotional intelligence, and strengthen resiliency in the workplace.
This event will also provide an early preview of the 2022 APEX Leadership Summit scheduled for May 17 to 19, 2022.
The guest speaker, Dr. Rumeet Billan, is an award-winning, internationally recognized entrepreneur, learning architect, speaker, author, and humanitarian.
