This informative event will provide a clear overview of Career Transition provisions in the Directive on Terms and Conditions of Employment for Executives, which outlines available options for executives whose positions are declared surplus due to organizational changes such as lack of work, function discontinuance, or transfer of duties outside the core public administration.
Led by OCHRO experts, the session will equip participants with a solid understanding of Career Transition and the pathways available should they face a surplus situation.
