APEX and Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business are co-hosting an in-person professional development session in Vancouver on Thursday, September 24, followed by a networking lunch for APEX members.
Leading Strategic Innovation: Designing Government Services in a Time of Disruption will bring together academia, government and private-sector leaders for a practical conversation on how executives can lead through rapid change, workforce pressures and rising expectations — while making the best use of limited resources.
The panel will explore strategic innovation, AI and digital transformation, inclusive leadership, disciplined experimentation, accountability for results and sustaining public trust.
