Resilience: Healthy Boundaries by Design

Overscheduled, busy and tired because you’re saying yes to things you don’t really want to? Exhausted by trying to make everyone happy? Feeling disconnected from what matters to you?

If you answered yes to these questions, you’re not alone, especially over the last several years where boundaries between home and work have become exceptionally blurred.  We all have our personal limits for what works best for us: these boundaries help us to claim what feels safe and acceptable. In this 75-minute webinar you will explore what healthy boundaries look like for you and will identify some concrete ways to reclaim your sense of agency so that you can continue to lead from a healthy and intentional place.
