A continuous improvement mindset can create incredible value, enhance performance and result in real and lasting positive impact for organizations, citizens, and the workforce. Unlocking the power of culture and talent; equipping and empowering leaders at all levels with the necessary tools can unleash incredible organizational energy…are you ready?
Change is hard, but possible. Making the case for change is one thing, doing it and capturing results is another.
Two seasoned public sector professionals, Mary Flynn-McRae and Leigh Harris will, through a dynamic and compelling exchange, share real life examples where adopting a continuous improvement mindset drove tangible benefits and impact for government while reducing waste, creating efficiencies, enhancing positive culture, and realizing benefits and value.
Mary Flynn-McRae has been leader for change for over 30 years. She currently leads the charge to make CRA’s Access to Information and Privacy Directorate more streamlined and efficient. As a champion for innovation, growth and resiliency, Mary will share the challenges, victories, and learnings she and her team faced as they pivoted to a continuous improvement model and reaped the rewards.
Leigh Harris is a former public sector executive and leads the Federal Government practice at KPMG. She brings 30 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge and lived experience to the discussion.
