APEX was excited to host the 2023 Recognition of Entry into the Executive Ranks Ceremony – a highly anticipated in-person event each year, exclusively for Canada’s Federal Public Service executive community. This year’s hybrid event was held on November 15, 2023 at the Canadian Museum of History in Gatineau, where we recognized and celebrated 939 new executives into the senior ranks of the Federal Public Service.
This year’s theme, New executives: Leading with Authenticity in Challenging Times, recognized the potential that new executives have to make a positive difference in their work, ultimately inspiring new generations of public servants, and serving Canada and Canadians with pride and excellence. Our keynote address was delivered by Drew Dudley, Wall Street Journal bestselling author, who challenged new executives to create cultures of leadership that drive productivity, happiness and retention, all hallmarks of leading with authenticity.
