Thriving in Remote and Hybrid Teams

Many organizations are envisioning a future that includes permanent or part-time remote work. While the advantages of remote work are clear, the challenges are also becoming evident, particularly the challenge of managing teams with both remote and in-office members. These hybrid teams are the future of work, but they present unique psychological challenges.

In this talk, learn the seven pitfalls of hybrid work and the strategies and techniques to ensure that your team is as productive, innovative, collaborative, and fun as any traditional team would be. Audiences will walk away being able to do the following:

  • Address the attitudes, behaviors, and judgments that will derail a hybrid team
  • Balance attention to reduce friction among remote and in-person employees
  • Foster a healthy team dynamic without the benefit of face-to-face interactions
